My personal thoughts & tips below:

I've been keeping my gemstone beauty tools in my freezer after seeing a tip on YouTube. If you have no room in your freezer, your refrigerator would also do the job of cooling them down. I honestly can't believe I didn't get into this gemstone skincare trend earlier. Not only do I love crystals, but I ADORE any gadgets and rituals that make my skin happy. and these do.

So I’m now using my fave roller for the day (I pick either Jade or Rose Quartz depending on my mood), followed by the use of several different Gua Sha shapes (and stones) with my facial oils during my morning skincare routine.

I use two different size jade Gua Sha shapes on my face, neck, and decolletage, and I use a larger Rose Quartz Gua Sha on my jawline, and my arms, neck and trapezius area.

Everything feels lovely and the differences have been noticeable to myself and others in the way of looks, but really it has been so important to just get into that self-care zone and do the daily massage before starting my day. I just love it. Genuinely.
